My Husband Kept Going Back To The Buccaneer Pirate Costume
It’s really hectic around here with so much to do and halloween just around the corner. My family probably should have started planning months ago for all the decorating they want to do. My husband keeps ordering more and more Halloween decorations from the online store. He is buying a creeping hand and a ton of other decoration ideas he found. He’s even thinking about ordering a new costume for himself this year. His costume last year was a werewolf. I can’t say for sure what he will be this year. But he is just as excited as a child at halloween. Our son feels the same way about halloween. He plans to hit every house and fill bags of candy.
They not only spent a lot of time working on decorating, but on planning what costumes they want to wear. Both of my men are hooked on movies like “Pirates of the Caribbean” and other movies of the sort. So I already know that a pirate costume is probably at the top of the list. I saw my son checking out an adult pirate costume and some children pirate costumes online yesterday. So I won’t be surprised to see a men’s pirate costume and a pirate boy costume coming in the mail soon. I knew that eventually they would decide that mom needs a pirate wench costume or something similar. I overheard them talking about a sword through a skull and a pirate chest accessory. I’d say the evidence was pretty conclusive. Even Scooby Doo could sniff out those clues.
They ended up telling me that they were considering ordering all of us pirates costumes. What a shocker! Now the search was on for the perfect buccaneer pirate costume for both of them. They each found a costume they considered like the pirates of the Caribbean and one that was a ghost. I don’t think either one of them really knew which they wanted to be. They had a different idea with every pirate ship costume they ran across. I decided to concede and choose from one of the women’s pirate costume selection. They would have eventually talked me into it anyway.
There were some pretty cool womens pirate costumes to check out. One was a sassy pirate costume and the other was a pirate queen costume. I have always considered myself the queenly type anyway. I think I should dress appropriately for taking over the ship. They do have a lot of pirate accessories at this online store. They had the pirate costume hats and even a set of pirate teeth. You can also find boots, swords and other neat accessories. Dressing up in a womens pirate costume sounds more and more cool with every accessory I find.
They weren’t happy until all of us were aboard their ship. They are even ordering a dog pirate costume for our little bulldog. I’m beginning to think my husband needs some serious therapy. But I will say they had some really cute pet costumes to check out. He does make a cute pirate in his costume. They not only had the costume, but, it also came with the pirate hat and hook. Our son made a little eye patch for him that really completes the outfit. My son chose the rogue pirate costume and my husband the pirate captain costume. Now we were all set for Halloween night. They have already started putting up the decorations. They did put their best foot forward this year on decorations. It’s really looking fantastic. There was only one disagreement this year. Even though my husband feels he’s qualified to be the captain, our son feels he should be the leader. But they both know who the real captain of this ship is.
